Abstract: An experiment was conducted at the Research Farm, College of Agriculture, Nagpur during kharif season of 2010-2011. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with six treatments and four replications. The lowest weed dry matte and highest weed control efficiency were recorded with two hoeing and two weeding at 20 and 40 DAT. The treatment also recorded highest grain yield and straw yield of rice.
