Relevant data were collected from a total of 15 polyhouses which were either managed byindividual farmers or Self Help Groups. Data were generated by cost accounting method for estimating the feasibility of production and was analyzed by using project evaluation methods of Pay Back Period (PBP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value in all the vegetables. The study concludes that under the current scheme of subsidy on the establishment of polyhouses, the farmers’ investment in poly-houses was found to be economically feasible as NPV (131801), BC ratio (2.17) and IRR (37.51) were impressive.
